At Fernhills we have a large carpentry workshop that's open for all your woodworking needs and ideas. We can cut timber for DIY projects, make cupboards and doors, repair furniture, chopping boards, decorative narrowboat carpentry such as stools, cratch covers and deck planks etc. Build flat pack and deliver, garden woodwork such as benches, bars, sheds and planters.

We can also make media walls, bespoke furniture such as floating shelves, coat and shoe racks, small made to measure cupboards, shelving etc. Kitchen and bathroom bespoke units. unusual projects and restoration.

We also specialise in music production woodwork - wooden end cheeks, stands and rack mount units for all hardware synths, grooveboxes and midi controllers.

We are planning on offering even more services including CNC machining in 2026 for bespoke wooden projects, signs and music tech. Please get in touch if this is something that would be of interest. ​

My name is Marc and I've been working as a carpenter, boat fitter and bespoke wagon builder for the past 30 years. I have a wide range of skills and a fully equipped large workshop in Birtsmorton, Malvern. I can undertake all manner of works including property maintenance and repair, boat fit outs, wagon building, garden structures, flat pack assembly and unusual projects and restoration.
